Indian River Shores Mail Ballot Election

Indian River County, FL – The Town of Indian River Shores is conducting an all-mail ballot election on January 24, 2023. Voters residing within the Town of Indian River Shores (precincts 31 and 32) must return their voted ballot to the Supervisor of Elections office (4375 43rd Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32967) by 7 p.m. on January 24, 2023 in order to be counted.

Voters in Tuesday’s election will not have the option to vote at a polling location and must mail or deliver their ballot in-person to the Elections Office. Ballots must be received at the Supervisor of Elections office by 7 p.m. on January 24 in order to be counted.

“All voters entitled to vote in this election were mailed a ballot,” said Supervisor of Elections Leslie Swan. “Therefore, we will not have any Election Day polling locations for this election.”

The ballot consists of eleven charter amendment questions for the Town of Indian River Shores. Sample ballots are available at VoteIndianRiver.gov.
